Your business is growing but your marketing isn't keeping up.

You don't have time to sit down and write captions, and when you do find a minute, you want it to be perfect, so you overthink it and post nothing at all.
Meanwhile, your next deal is probably sitting in your existing contacts, and reaching back out feels awkward the longer you wait.
While you're stuck on both fronts, another agent is staying visible online and staying top of mind with the people who already trust you.
Two Engines. One System.
Zero Guesswork.
Social media and email aren't the same job, and most agents only have one of them running.
Social media gets you in front of new eyes. It's how someone who doesn't know you yet starts to. Posted consistently, it builds visibility in your market over time.
Email keeps you in front of the people who already know you. Past clients, your sphere, your open house leads. These are your warmest relationships, and most agents go quiet with them right after closing. Someone else stays top of mind instead. That's referral business walking out the door.
When one engine is missing, you're either invisible to new leads or losing referrals from a database you already worked hard to build. I run both, so neither one falls through the cracks.
What I Actually Do
Instagram and Facebook Management
Done-For-You Email System
Your past clients and your new leads get a different email written for where they actually are in the process, so it never feels irrelevant, generic or copy-paste. Every email is built to be genuinely worth opening, not something that gets buried in the folder where emails go to die or the dreaded promotions tab.
And if it's been a while since you've emailed your list, that first one back always feels the most awkward. Don't worry, I've got that covered too. I know how to ease back in so it feels natural, not out of the blue, and from there it just becomes part of the rhythm.
Before you know it, they're looking forward to your emails.
You don't have time to sit down and write captions, and when you do, you want it to be perfect, so you overthink it and post nothing at all. That's what I take off your plate.
Your content gets built out two weeks ahead and every caption is written in your actual voice, so your feed sounds like you, not something that could belong to any other agent.
You see everything before it goes live. It just finally gets made.
How It Works, Month to Month
The process
Week 1: I Build the Calendar
Every post planned, topics chosen around what's actually happening in your business and your market.
Week 2: We Hop on a Quick Call
Twenty minutes. You approve, request changes, or flag anything coming up. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.
Week 3: I Build It Out
Every post gets built and every caption gets written in your voice, not a generic one.
Week 4: It Goes Live
Content is scheduled and posted. If you're on the email plan, your emails are written, approved by you, and sent.
You never touch a caption box. You never stare at a blank screen wondering what to post. You just show up to one short call a month.
Not a Template. Your Strategy Partner.
A strategy partner, not another person to manage
Custom content, not a template
I'm not a VA waiting on instructions or a checklist you have to make. I think about your business every month and bring ideas to the table, so you're not adding one more person to your plate. You're gaining someone in your corner.
Every post comes from your own brand and your own voice, not something a thousand other agents are also posting. I take the time to actually learn how you talk to your clients, so your feed sounds like you.
Full transparency, always
A real content calendar, built two weeks out
You see every single asset before it goes live, through a shared space you have access to any time. No surprises.
With a review call before anything gets made and your final approval before it ever goes live.
3 years focused entirely on real estate agents, on top of 9+ years in digital marketing
Every post has a purpose
Each piece of content is chosen with a reason behind it, whether that's staying visible, building trust, or bringing in referrals, so your feed is actually working for you, not just filling a calendar.
I got licensed myself and marketed my own home sale, so I understand your world from the inside, not just from the outside looking in.
Hey there,
I'm Jen!

I spent 9 years in digital marketing for small businesses before niching into real estate agents almost three years ago. The shift happened naturally. I got my real estate license, worked alongside an agent who understood direct marketing but needed help on the digital side, and ended up marketing my own home sale.
I saw firsthand how much business agents leave on the table when they're not showing up consistently online or in their clients' inboxes.
Now I work exclusively with agents, running their social media, their email, or both, so marketing becomes one less thing they have to think about.
My personality splits in 4 main roles here:

Stop overthinking it
You don't need it to be perfect. You just need it to actually happen.
Every month you wait is another month your feed sits quiet and your database forgets you're in real estate.
Book a call and let's talk about what your social media and email could look like if you never had to think about it again.
What exactly do I have to do?
frequently Asked Questions
01.
The first month is onboarding, where I learn your brand voice, your ideal clients, your competitors, and the local spots worth mentioning. After that, it's simple. You send over photos or video as needed, hop on one strategy call a month, and approve your content calendar and email copy before anything goes out.

How do you make it sound like me?
02.
During onboarding, I dig into your brand voice, your tone, and how you want to show up online, on your feed and in your inbox. From there, we keep refining. If something doesn't sound like you, we edit it until it does.
What if I don't like what you create?
03.
During onboarding, I ask specific questions about your brand, including which Instagram accounts you love and which ones you can't stand. From there, you approve every post and every email before it goes live, and we walk through the calendar and strategy together on our monthly call.
What makes you different from a virtual assistant?
04.
Think of me as your marketing partner, not someone checking off their To-Do list you made them. You're probably not looking for another person to manage. With over nine years in digital marketing, I bring strategy and expertise, not just execution, so your marketing actually works.
Why is this different from cheaper "done-for-you" services?
05.
There are services out there posting content for agents for as little as $99 a month. It looks like content, but it's the same generic posts going out to thousands of agents at once, with no one who knows your name, your market, or your clients.
Do you offer a trial?
06.
Yes. Trial months are available for social media monthly packages so you can see what it's like to work with me before committing to an ongoing plan. You get the full experience at a fraction of the cost.
